Payment terms

Bookings are accepted at any time, with priority given to inquiries responded to within 24 hours.
To secure the best price and accommodations, it’s advised to inquire at least 90 days prior to your safari.
Private campsite accommodations require booking 120 days in advance, while budget camping safaris should be booked at least 45 days in advance.

A binding contract is established when:

30% of the quoted price is received to confirm your booking.

Full payment is made 31 days prior to the safari start date.

Failure to make full payment may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be made in writing to Jackal Adventures.

Refunds are subject to the following cancellation charges:

61 days before departure: 25% of the package price is non-refundable.
60 to 31 days before departure: 50% of the package price is non-refundable.
30 days or less before departure: 100% of the package price is non-refundable.

You may also be responsible for any fees imposed by hotels, airlines, etc., due to the cancellation of your original bookings.
No partial refunds will be given for unused services.
