Reviews help new travellers trust you, and your replies show how you work.
How to reply
Open Reviews in the sidebar, write your answer under the review and choose Post reply. It shows under the review straight away. Remove reply takes it down.
What to write
- Thank the traveller and mention something specific.
- If they were unhappy, say sorry, say what you will do and keep it short.
- Replies are public. Stay polite and never share private details.
Ask for reviews
After a trip, ask happy travellers to review you. Your rating and review count appear on your listing and on your Overview.
